Responsibilities
Job Summary:
- Trissential is seeking a dynamic and skilled Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI initiatives.
- This role demands a unique blend of expertise in AI technologies, consulting acumen akin to that of a senior-level consultant in a top-tier consultancy, and sufficient sales skills to effectively collaborate with our clients in developing AI solutions.
- Strategize and Implement AI Solutions: Develop and execute AI strategies that align with Trissential's business objectives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using major AI models and integrating them within platforms like Power BI and Azure.
- Consulting and Client Interaction: Utilize high-level consulting skills to understand client needs, propose AI-driven solutions, and provide expert guidance.
- Act as a bridge between the technical and business aspects of AI, ensuring solutions are both viable and valuable.
- Sales and Business Development Support: Work closely with the sales team, contributing to client discussions and solution development.
- Employ sales acumen to enhance client understanding and buy-in for proposed AI solutions.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of AI professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and excellence in AI implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different consulting practices within Trissential to integrate AI solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and related fields, ensuring Trissential remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA or Master's in AI/Computer Science (preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Strong background in consulting, with an ability to translate complex AI concepts into business solutions.
- Effective sales skills, capable of engaging in high-level client discussions.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sense of humor.
