A health services organization in Massachusetts is currently seeking a board-certified General Surgeon to join their team at one of their expanding team!
About the Opportunity:
- Practice location: Hospital: Essex County, MA
- New grad base salary: $375,000 plus up to 10% in quality incentive bonus and up to 20% in productivity bonus (salary tiered based on experience)
- Schedule: clinic 1.5 -2 days, OR 1.5 days per week with 4 hours/week of admin time (can be remote) Call: 1:5

Responsibilities: The General Surgeon will:
- Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests
- Perform surgical procedures needed to diagnosis and treat various disorders
- Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff
- Work with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements
- Work with hospital and practice leadership to expand clinical capabilities of the practice and market the practice
- Provide on call coverage for general surgery
Qualifications:
- Graduation from accredited medical school (M.D, or D.O.)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Valid, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain
- Valid DEA registration
- Controlled Substance certification
