- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- New grad base salary: $375,000 plus up to 10% in quality incentive bonus and up to 20% in productivity bonus (salary tiered based on experience)
- Call: 1:5
- Schedule: clinic 1.5 -2 days, OR 1.5 days per week with 4 hours/week of admin time (can be remote)
- Acute Care and Trauma Surgery (Level 3) call rotation with other surgeons in practice
- 3 other General Surgeons and a breast surgeon in the practice
- Typically, each surgeon sees average of 20 patients per clinic day
