Responsibilities:

• Perform Clerical Duties
• Operate Office Machines Including Copiers, Scanners, Phone And Voicemail System, Personal Computers, And Other Standard Equipment
• Sort Incoming Mail, And Deliver To Appropriate Department Or Individual,
• Process Outgoing Mail
• Maintain Filing Systems Either Manually Or Electronically
• Perform Other Related Duties As Assigned
• Answer Phone Calls
• Greet Customers

Requirements:

• Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills
• Ability To Work Under Minimal Supervision
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Attention To Details
• Customer Service Skills
• Proficient With Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
