Expanding, Multi franchise Automotive Group has an exciting opening in the General Office.
We are seeking a Talented Office Professional to fill an immediate position. Automotive Office Experience Required.
Main responsibilities include:

• Breaking down deals including CT DMV preparation and all other out of state registrations
• Daily finance contract submissions
• Daily Bank Deposits
• Daily CT DMV Report Submitting
• Refund Warranty Cancellation (s)
• Title Correction(s)
• Other duties will be assigned

• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks within deadlines.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Additional hours required during month end
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test and have an insurable driving record
• Previous Titling Experience / Car Dealership Clerical Experience
