SalaryDose Steelworks, a growing steel manufacturing company, is looking to hire a General Manufacturing Team Member. The role of this position is to assist the Manufacturing Team in a variety of ways- assembly, paint, machine work, maintenance- to manufacture trailers in a safe environment. This position requires use of hand and power tools and ability to follow required procedures to ensure safety, quality, effective and efficient manufacturing. This role requires that you are comfortable working in a high paced, team centered environment. Past experience working with tools, wiring, and hydraulics a plus.
Attention to details, commitment to a job well done, being a good Team Member by showing up on time, helping on different projects where needed and ability to effectively communicate with Team Members and manager is required. Ability to lift 50 lbs. is essential. Pay rate is based on experience. The regular schedule is M-Th 7-5:30 with occasional OT. If you love a three day weekend, this is a great opportunity.
