We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our franchise car dealership. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide effective leadership to all dealership staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Sales and Business Development:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
- Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, including new and used vehicles, parts, and accessories, to meet customer demand and minimize holding costs.
- Monitor aging inventory and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and profitability.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and parts.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies, including safety standards and ethical practices.
- Implement effective risk management practices to mitigate potential liabilities and safeguard dealership assets.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail management, with a proven track record of success.
