Heroes Lawn Care offers professional-grade services for your home or business from fertilization to irrigation as well as mosquito control. We offer our customers eco-conscious lawn conservation powered by innovative technology, including AI-driven water management, which offers customers real-time estimates directly from our website.
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and results oriented manager to help grow our Northwest Atlanta location while building and developing our team of technicians.

Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for providing leadership and daily support to our team of fertilizer and irrigation technicians. Ensures that our customers receive exceptional and timely service by recruiting, training and supervising a team of top-notch lawn care technicians. Develops and implements sales strategies to drive business growth with residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Trains, coaches and supervises technicians.
- Conducts daily meetings with technicians to discuss production plans, goals, and issues.
- Trains team in customer service, technical skills, safety policies and procedures.
- Develops strategies to minimize customer complaints and cancellations.
Technical Guidance
- Drives high customer satisfaction and loyalty through best-in-class service.
- Evaluates lawns through diagnosis of disease and inspection of problems or other issues.
- Provides expert technical assistance to resolve roadblocks during service calls and assists with complex service requests.
- Evaluates quality of service provided to customers through technician accuracy, adherence to best practices, policies and procedures.
Business Development
- Actively drives sales through new leads, referrals, existing client upsells, and other sources of revenue.
- Delivers business growth by developing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Follows current market and competitive trends to identify opportunities to grow sales.
- Forges community relationships to raise brand awareness.
- Develops relationships with commercial contacts to grow commercial client portfolio.
Management
- Oversees daily operations of location. Prepares work schedules. Conducts daily and weekly team and management meetings.
- Maintains proper inventory of products with vendor relationships.
- Ensures that licensing requirements are met and up to date.
- Maintains a safe workplace by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Skills
- Strong customer relationship building skills.

- Effective at consultative selling and building connections to potential commercial clients.
- In-depth expertise and knowledge of green service industry.

- Proficient in using relevant software applications (Microsoft Office).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3+ years of Lawn Care experience.
- 1-3+ years' experience in a lead, supervisory or management role.
- 1-3+ years of sales experience.
- 5+ years of professional work history.
- Valid state driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to obtain proper licenses for Fertilization and Irrigation.
- Ability to diagnose and apply appropriate treatment through IPM.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fertilizer and irrigation materials.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and use of applicator equipment and technology.
- Vocational/Technical degree in aligned area of study.
