We are currently looking for a General Manager, Vertical & Segment Markets to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a General Manager, Vertical & Segment Markets you will:
Develop and direct Haworth's vertical market strategies for face-to-market positioning, related programs, and communications. Leads Vertical Markets Program strategies and teams, as well as key cross-functional teams, focused on delivering world-class tools and programs that meet or exceed sales', dealers', and customers' needs. Maximizes Haworth's knowledge, research, and resources to leverage and increase smart positioning and specification of Haworth products, maximizing overall profitable growth and market position. In collaboration with stakeholders across the business, this role is the subject matter expert for vertical markets and helps define the strategy and differentiators for our key audiences, to drive sales performance and growth for vertical markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing or equivalent area of study that supports product line management.
- Fifteen years demonstrated successful corporate marketing staff experience, with broad knowledge of marketing, sales, product planning, project management, finance, customer service, and graphic design processes
- Five years of demonstrated successful sales or marketing staff experience within the furniture industry
- Five years of experience managing large teams of direct reports in cross-functional areas of marketing.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
