General Manager (Gm)

Duties

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Leading and managing the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
- Managing shift schedules and labor costs effectively
- Utilizing Toast POS system for order processing and inventory management
- Training and developing team members on food service procedures
- Implementing and enforcing food safety regulations
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborating with the Assistant Manager and Kitchen Manager to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in technology, Microsoft, Excel, KickFin, Paychex, digital onboarding, etc.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system
- In-depth knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations as well as certificate in Manager Food Safety. If you do not possess, you will be required to acquire
- Excellent team management abilities to foster a positive work environment
- Previous experience as an General Manager is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
