Experienced General Manager - Ziggi's Coffee- Barista or QSR Experience Preferred

Our Ideal Candidate: We are in search of a top-level performer with a minimum of 2 years prior management experience in a QSR environment or similar high-volume location, who not only aims to be the best part of our customers' day, but also strives to create a positive and motivating atmosphere for our team members. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Demonstrated leadership by example

Minimum of 2 years prior management experience leading a team at an AM or GM position (Barista Experience is a plus)

Professionalism and positivity at all times
Full time availability, able to work anytime between 4am and 6pm
Ability to work in a Barista or Cashier position during peak sales periods in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
General Manager Responsibilities: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining open and consistent communication with staff, the Leadership Team, and designated contacts within the company
Conducting interviews, onboarding, and training new team members
Providing ongoing support, development, and coaching for all team members
Ensuring a safe and secure working environment
Prepare bank deposits and change orders
Write and maintain employee schedules. Adhere to all scheduling requirements such as weekly labor hour allowances, staffing requirements based on hourly sales, proper allocation of labor, position assignment, etc.
Upholding service standards, including exceptional customer service, product quality, accuracy, consistency, SPMH (sales per man hour), and speed of service
Managing inventory, including weekly ordering to various vendors, eliminating shortages, and waste, and tracking on hand product to run a lean-back stock of items
Overseeing cost of goods sold, including direct and indirect costs, variances, and controls
Availability Requirements:
- Full-time position (up to 40 hours per week, no less than 36 hours)
Open and flexible availability, including holidays and weekends
Willingness to work closing shifts weekly
Must be active in and available for store operations a minimum of 5 days a week, and for outside of normally scheduled shifts, Assistant Manager is responsible for the remaining two days of the week. Scheduling is determined by the General Manager and Assistant Manager for coverage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation (DOE): up to $18-21/Hourly rate plus cash tips daily (discussed during interview)
