General Manager Restaurant

We are seeking a General Manager to join our team for Elevated Q, a fun locally owned and operated restaurant in Westminster, CO. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in restaurant management . Preferably AGM or General Manager experience. 
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

​Must Haves:

• Has to be nice. This is a must. We only hire nice people. Others need not apply. 
• Has to have high standards. This is a deal breaker.
