Starting wage for a full time General Manager position starts at $43k annually plus a bonus up to 12% of the bottom line profit. Most of our GM positions earn a minimum of $60k after bonus. Higher volume stores can earn even higher annual income.
Many General Managers have gone on to become Directors of Operations and beyond! You will improve on the skills you have, and we'll teach you some new ones too. We are more than just a pizza company; we're a pizza family.

Qualifications:
A great attitude and a desire to be a part of a team. If you have a passion for quality, a mind for business, and the capability to treat others with dignity and respect, you'll fit right in.
You will need to be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diploma preferred. You will need to possess basic math and solid problem solving skills. Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Restaurant leadership experience is preferred but we can train the right person with the right excitement. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
