``` Duties: - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability - Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness - Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching and guidance as needed - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth - Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry Requirements: - Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using hotel management software systems - Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices - Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred ```
