Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The General Manager position is responsible for providing uncompromised excellence at all times.
Focused on great food quality, Guest Service, and taking great care of our Team Members.
The General Manager demonstrates a consistent track record of positive business results.
Upholds all company policies, procedures and standards through their management team and team members.
Responsible for formulating plans to meet sales and profitability targets, deploy new initiatives and develop their team.
Role Model of the Brand and executes the core values and company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
Requirements
At least 3 years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, and service techniques
Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability.
Strong communication and leadership skills combined with advanced computer and math skills.
Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
