Canopy Holdings is looking for an experienced, and dedicated General Manager to join our team. As General Manager, you will be a true operating partner in the business; responsible for the growth and success of Canopy’s commercial and Multifamily Roofing programs across the country. The Position
- Oversee the hiring, development and organization of the Commercial department, including sales + production teams
- Oversee and/or execute estimating, scoping, inspection and bidding for all commercial projects
- Conduct coaching conversations and performance reviews to ensure sales reps/managers are on track to deliver monthly and quarterly sales
- Analyze sales and forecast reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and product offerings
- Closely align and communicate with Marketing team to optimize how leads are generated and flow through to your sales group
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships
- Establish and maintain key manufacturer relationships
- Supervise total construction effort to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design, budget and schedule
- Relentlessly focus on customer service

The Requirements
- 5+ working in roofing, construction or commercial services is required
- 3+ years of experience in commercial and/or Multifamily Roofing or construction
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- 3+ years of experience with various flat roofing products, including but not limited to EPDM, TPO, PVC, MOD BIT, etc
- Experience building and managing a team of 7 or more team members
- 25-50% travel required in first year
- Familiar with Google Suite, CRM and chat systems is preferred
- You have a hustler’s attitude w/ a passion for building from the ground-up.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Job Type:
- Full-Time
- Compensation: Dependent upon experience
- OTE $125K - $175K
