Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance - Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability - Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety - Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Monitor and maintain inventory levels for food and supplies - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates - Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in the hotel industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team - Knowledge of food service management, including food safety regulations, food production, and food preparation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, employees, and vendors - Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for managing transactions - Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
