SAP Hospitality is looking for a highly enthusiastic, hands-on individual to join our management team as General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be highly ambitious, detailed oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced setting. Individuals must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment.
Job Responsibilities This positions includes all aspects of Hotel operations including but not limited to:
- Providing excellent guest service
- Ensuring compliance of all brand and company standards
- Leading, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring staff
- Performing guest service standards
- Reviewing and performing daily administrative tasks
- Reviewing guest folios and night audit reports
- Resolving guest and employee concerns with strong problem resolution skills
- Following an operational budget and monitoring cost controls
All management and staff in our hotel work together to achieve sales goals and guest satisfaction. Experience focusing on customer service will be an important factor. Hilton experience is preferred but not necessary.
Requirements:
- Frequent standing, sitting, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available 24 hours a day since our establishment never closes.
- Three years of hotel management experience required
