```Duties:```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise all staff members, including kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
