team of MOD Squad members to deliver the MOD commitment for the team and your customers. This is a position
that requires a genuine love for people, business savvy, a high level of accountability, and a desire to help deliver on
MOD's purpose. We acknowledge that we can realize our
authentic purpose, only by successfully developing Engaged and Inspired people, making Loyal customers, and

experience. Your objective is to live, teach, and demonstrate MOD Pizza culture in all interactions with your Squad and
Customers while maintaining the profitability of your store.

coaching and guiding your team, growing your own skills, making business plans, connecting with customers and
overseeing or completing GM specific tasks. The second is "On the floor" where you will be working shoulder to shoulder
with your Squad, coaching and supporting them and working to deliver a great experience. Success in this role is
measured through managing the store's financial performance, and just as importantly, by developing others and inspiring
them to reach their potential.

supportive, and motivating to drive the best possible business results in addition to engaging customer and
Squad experience
• Provide leadership to the entire Squad with particular attention to the Store Coach and Shift Captains,
ensuring they have the training and guidance needed to be successful in their roles. This is a leader of leader

MOD.

• Utilize forecasts and the current labor model to thoughtfully plan and distribute staffing and schedules in a
timely manner. Accommodate schedule requests and flexibility, when possible, but not at the expense of
appropriate staffing levels to deliver on the unique MOD experience

• Oversee and execute all training programs within the store, ensuring that current MOD resources and standard
guidelines are utilized
• Overall accountability for cleanliness and food safety within the store. Strong focus on the work, habits and
routines that lead to low Steritech scores and ensure we are providing safe and delicious food
