The Hotel General Manager role requires a hands-on approach, as the Hotel General Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating staff schedules, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and monitoring financial performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
