Position: General Manager

Location: South Florida

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Hire, Train, Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of key personnel, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, the community, and local law enforcement to ensure the highest level of service.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting the security industry.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the operational and strategic goals of the company.
• Address and resolve complex issues that arise, implementing solutions that align with the company's values and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field; 
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the security industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the security industry's regulatory environment in Florida.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibility and success in previous roles.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software.
