Our Carroll Gardens studio offers 24/7 access to unlimited sessions, including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Buns, led by virtual instructors in a semi-private setting. We cater to diverse fitness levels, delivering efficient workouts.
Job Details & Responsibilities:
We seek a proactive General Manager to introduce our innovative fitness studio to Brooklyn and oversee:
- Leading the sales team and enhancing the overall member experience.
- Expanding the membership base through sales, onboarding, and exceptional customer service.
- Engaging with the community through social media, events, and outreach.
- Setting and achieving sales goals while coaching the team.
- Fostering a culture that prioritizes members' well-being.
- Maintaining top-notch cleanliness and operational standards.
Recruiting/Onboarding:
- Actively recruiting and interviewing staff per franchisee criteria.
- Adhering to rigorous hiring processes and providing comprehensive training.
- Ensuring staff compliance with training and certifications.
Sales/Operations:
- Overseeing daily operational checklists.
- Creating and managing staff schedules.
- Monitoring and communicating sales goals.
- Holding staff accountable for prospecting and marketing.
- Providing incentives for motivation.
- Developing meeting agendas.
- Conducting Performance Evaluations.
Business Development:
- Meeting monthly prospecting requirements.
- Monitoring and optimizing lead flow from online/social media advertising.
- Enhancing engagement on social platforms.
- Collaborating with franchisees and ad agencies.
- Managing ad budget and cost per lead metrics.
Facilities Management:
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Enforcing maintenance requirements.
- Scheduling equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Ensuring timely equipment repairs.
- Managing product inventory.
Basic Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent (College Degree Preferred).
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience (Preferred).
- 2+ years of customer service experience (Preferred).
- Personal commitment to a healthy lifestyle and passion for fitness.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Potential to earn an additional $20,000-$30,000 in commissions.
Work Requirements:
- Monday to Friday (2x 4-hour shifts per day) with some weekend availability.
Education:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
Work Location:
- One location currently with future opportunities available.
