We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Train and mentor staff members to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to achieve financial targets
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items and ensure consistency in food quality
- Coordinate banquet events and ensure seamless execution
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, hospitality management, and customer service
- Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and inventory management

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance
