What you’ll do: You’ll be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities.
Essential functions:
- Perform maintenance and repair of structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, ventilation, and air conditioning and drainage systems.
- Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, outlets and fuses as directed, which may include standing or climbing on a ladder to perform such functions.
- Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
- Perform on-call support in emergency situations when equipment malfunctions.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen.
- Technical training and general knowledge of repair and maintenance, and three (3) years of maintenance or related experience required.
- Must successfully complete required preservice training.
- A valid Texas driver license with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
