Job DescriptionHourly Rate: $37.92
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2:30 pm
The General Maintenance Worker oversees all of the electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment and associated systems for the facility, grounds, and production equipment.
The General Maintenance Worker will:
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs, under any circumstance or environment, in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
- Perform precision equipment installations using the appropriate measuring devices
- Calibrate and set-up measuring and inspection equipment throughout the plant
The General Maintenance Worker should have:
- Previous experience with oxyacetylene cutting, structural welding and pipe welding
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience and electrical and/or electronics training are strongly preferred
- Experience with Allen Bradley Drives, VFD’s, HMI’s, and 480V Motors/Controls is highly preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical journeyman or equivalent combination of education and experience
