Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in a range of construction tasks, including painting, drywall, and basic carpentry.
• Work alongside our experienced team members to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Experience in painting and general construction tasks; skilled painters are highly desirable.
• Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Eager to learn and capable of adapting to various job requirements.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Must have reliable transportation for job sites in and around Pensacola, FL.

Qualifications:

• No specific educational requirements.
• Previous experience in construction or painting is advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
