General Laborer - Construction

General Laborers Needed

We provide a great opportunity for hardworking individuals who are looking to gain additional knowledge and experience in the construction industry. We self-perform much of the work throughout our projects, leading to many opportunities to learn new skills from our established Carpentry, Painting, Welding, and Fabrication professionals.

Duties include:

• Digging / Trenching
• Demo
• Site Cleanup
• Moving Materials
• General construction site helper - Assisting Carpenters, painters, welders, and other trades when needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to load/unload up to 90 lbs unassisted
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Must be able to maintain physical functions including bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for long periods of time.

Job Requirements:

• Eager to learn construction trade including: demolition, framing, carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc.
• Previous experience in construction preferred
• Reliable and responsible
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to follow directions
• Commitment to performing job with safety in mind 
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment)
• Must pass a drug-test, physical exam, and background check prior to employment
• Must be at least 18 years old

This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday - Friday schedule
