We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction General Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
• Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Distribute materials to appropriate locations on the site.
• Demolition: Participate in demolition activities as directed, safely and efficiently clearing designated areas.
• Assisting Skilled Workers: Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, or electricians by fetching tools, holding materials, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Digging and Excavation: Perform manual digging and excavation work using shovels, picks, and other hand tools.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the construction site clean and organized. Assist in maintaining tools and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed.
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
