General Laborer Essential Job Functions:
· Performs various physical duties as assigned.
· Cleaning and preparing site.
· Maintain all safety standards.
· Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
· Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training.
· Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the assignment.
General Laborer Required Skills and Abilities:
· Knowledge of proper use of hand tools
· Understand common units of Measure and Use of a Tape Measure
· Read and understand the production schedule, product descriptions written on tags, green sheets, work orders and plans.
· Able to work with a minimum of supervision.
Physical Requirements:
· The employee will stand for extended periods of time and will need to be able to lift approximately 50-75 lbs.
· Push-Pull up to 53 LBS to initiate movement of cart.
· Lift up to 50 LBS. Occasionally, 30 LBS. Frequently, 20 LBS Overhead
Reportability:
Manufacturing Supervisor
Education and Experience:
· High School Graduate or equivalent
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
