SalaryLooking for a motivated person that has faced the challenges of incarceration and the struggles of finding full time work. The Plan B Foundation will work with you for 4 weeks on different life skills before helping you to find full time work at the completion of the program. The program is designed to help you find a long term career that is meaningful to you, generally in the construction industry, not just find a job for right now. The commitment to the program consists of three days a week for four hours each day for four weeks. There is $150 a week compensation while in the program and we will help you with transportation as well.

Be ready and willing to make a commitment to change, making full time work your priority
Be punctual, you need to be where you say you’ll be when you say you’ll be there
