USA Racing is a running apparel/event supplier that has achieved remarkable success with its design, creativity, amazing products, and hard work. It has been an upward growth since its inception in 2016. As a result of such growth, we are currently seeking to expand our PRODUCTION, GRAPHICS, and CUSTOMER SERVICE teams. We are actively searching for DRIVEN individuals to join us on our journey of commitment to the running industry and all of our clients. The ideal candidate may possess knowledge of the running industry/community and have a passion for a healthy lifestyle while creating and working hard for a healthy industry
USA Racing has established strong partnerships with prominent events such as Wineglass Marathon, Utica Boilermaker, Buffalo Marathon, Runninglane events and numerous others.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and clean Screen Printing machinery and equipment
- Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
- Check in shipments upon arrival
- Prepare orders for shipping
- General housekeeping
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and hard-working
- Previous experience in Screen Printing, production, manufacturing, or other related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with mechanical machinery and equipment is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in/the running/fitness/health community
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Passion to nurture and grow with the organization
- Result-orientated “Will DO” attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment.]

Schedule:
- Roughly 8:30-5:30 (40-50 hours/wk on average)
Compensation:
- $55,000/yr, with potential for more in the immediate future, based on performance
