Under the direct supervision of the Sanitation Manager, Sanitation Foreperson, and/or Production Shift Supervisor. Responsible for all cleaning of soiled supplies and equipment used in the production process. All buildings (administration, production, distribution) must be maintained according to department health codes. May perform other duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Dismantling and sanitizing of production equipment while following Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
- Cleaning general areas
- Accurately and with detail completing daily paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Preferred two years of production sanitation experience
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Ability to obtain forklift, pallet jack, and aerial lift authorization
