Job Title: Agricultural Worker
Shift: times can vary, we will start with 7:30 am – 4 pm
Minimum Education Required: High school graduate or current college student. Agriculture courses preferred.
Minimum Experience Required: Agriculture and/or agricultural research experience preferred. Experience with operating small farm equipment is helpful.
Motor Vehicle Record is required
**ACTUAL DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for individuals to be a part of the soybean breeding crew located in rural Champaign County near Seymour, Illinois. Job duties include bundling of plants, threshing, cleaning, and counting of seed. Attention to detail is needed to maintain accurate data and inventory of seed. Interested individuals must have an attention for safety, be a team-oriented individual, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Possible extension after December.
Driver's license preferred.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
