Multifamily (https://multifamilycarpet.com) is a rapidly growing company that specializes in carpet cleaning for apartment complexes in the Twin Cities. We're a fun-loving, tight-knit team that supports each other and works hard.

A typical day involves operating your “own” truck in a variety of weather conditions, interacting with customers and residents, cleaning vacant units/common areas at apartment complexes around the Twin Cities, repairing carpet, responding to water loss events, thinking critically, solving problems, and being a bad ass. Every day is different!

We start and end our day at our facility at 692 Glendale Street, Saint Paul, 55114

Promotion Ladder:

• Junior Technician: $27/hr (30hrs min per week) <-- You start here
• Technician: $29/hr (30hrs min per week)
• Senior Technician: $31/hr (40hrs guaranteed per week)
• Master Technician: $37/hr+ (40hrs guaranteed per week)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Stamina and endurance—this is a workout!
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift 100lbs
• Live in the greater Twin Cities metro area
• Age 21 or older
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
