General Farm Laborer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to farm maintenance, equipment operation/maintenance and harvesting. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment
- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and other agricultural tasks
- Use hand tools to complete various farm-related projects
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:
- Experience in farm work or a similar field is preferred
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and farm machinery is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of equipment repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in farm work

This position will also include some travel during the harvest season. It is a minimum of 8 hours a day with overtime required as necessary. A valid Drivers license is required!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
