SalaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Counsel with Courtroom Trial Experience licensed in California to join our dynamic legal team.
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice law in California, with a specialization in litigation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing a caseload efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in courtroom proceedings, including trials, hearings, motions, and other legal proceedings.
- Develop trial strategies and tactics to effectively represent clients' interests in court.
- Draft motions, trial briefs and other legal documents.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
