- Post car sales into the general ledger
- Calculate and submit payroll
- Supervise/prepare general ledger reconciliations, including cash in bank, floor plan and dealer reserves
- Process finance contracts for funding
- Complete floor plan payoffs and floor plan funding
- Assist Controller with sales/use tax remittance
- Assist Controller in financial "month end" close procedures/reports
- Assist in overseeing accounting procedure compliance
- Review and investigate accounting irregularities
- Process Titles
- Complete special projects as needed

- General Accounting Knowledge
- Accounts Payables/Receivables Experience
- Titles Experience
- 1 to 2 Years Automotive Dealership Experience
- MS Excel and Word
