Gatekeeper

Job Title: Gatekeeper

Department: Production

Reports to: Production Manager

Objective: A person that will be able to effectively fulfill the following functions. This is a walk around on the

production floor position (not an office position)

Job Responsibilities:

▪ Track and consume raw product

▪ Data Entry

▪ Count inventory

▪ Identify raw product by visual evaluation

▪ Maintain accurate system information.

▪ Create pallet tags

▪ Create, maintain, prepare and distribute multiple reports that reflect yields, finish product, inventory and

waste product.

▪ Collaborate with supervisor and production workers to resolve problems.

▪ Knowledge of production process

▪ Must be able to bend and lift 40lbs from the floor to a height of 5ft and physically stand for up to 12hrs

per day.

Skills Required:

▪ Bilingual (Spanish)

▪ Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

▪ Ability to communicate information to ensure others will understand.

▪ Able to operate general office equipment (fax, copier etc.)

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED and pass all pre-employment screening process. Ability

to prioritize and multi task work assignments. Ensure all confidential information is kept.

Desired Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish/ English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
