Detailed Job Summary


  • Extend a warm and friendly greeting to guests and visitors as they approach the gated entrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the outset.

  • Offer general information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and services, as well as provide clear directions to different venues and outlets on the property.

  • Monitor incoming traffic at the gated entrance, ensuring that only authorized vehicles, including guests, members, and visitors with valid reasons for being on the property, are granted access.

  • Demonstrate attentiveness and professionalism in verifying the identity and purpose of each vehicle entering the property, adhering to established security protocols.

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests and visitors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding access, parking, or other related matters.

  • Maintain a courteous and composed demeanor during peak traffic times, handling multiple interactions with efficiency and grace.

  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and security personnel to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and seamless access control procedures.

  • Remain alert to identify any suspicious or unauthorized activities, promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.

  • Exercise strong communication skills to relay important information to guests, visitors, and fellow team members effectively.
