SalaryWe have an immediate need for a Gate Attendants at a residential complex. The Gate Attendant must stand and greet everyone that approaches the visitor lane seeking access to the property. The Gate Attendant also provides informational assistance to residents and guests as needed.
Description:
- Pleasantly welcomes and screens all guests.
- Issues identification badges to all visitors.
- Directs or escorts guests to appropriate destination.
- Accepts and retrieves packages.
- Must be in company issued uniform at all times.
- Must be punctual and on time for all shifts.
- Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activity.
- Interacts with guests, staff and residents in a courteous manner.
- Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment.
- Promptly answers telephone calls with a polite and courteous manner.
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available 7 days a week
Available Shifts: 7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, 11:00PM-7:00AM
Requirements:
- Able to work well under pressure. This is critical as there is a high volume of vehicles coming in/out of the complex.
- Must be available to work some weekends. Please do not apply if this does not work with your schedule.
- Must have at least four years of working experience in security.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps).
- Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written).
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift.
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others.
- Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
