A hospital in Maryland is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.

Dates: Coverage Dates: 11.28-12.2; 12.5-12.9; 12.19-12.23; 12.27-12.30 (Monday 12.26 Christmas Observed); 1.3-1.6 (Monday 1.2 New Year's Observed); 1.9-1.13; 1.23-1.27; 1.30-2.3; 2.6-2.10; 2.20-2.24; 2.27-3.3

Schedule: Provider will split time between 2 days at the clinic | Wed/Fri. 3 days for Procedures | Monday/Tuesday/Thursday are From About 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM |

Setting: Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient

Call: *24hr Weekend Call | Rounding + Consults + Procedures

Volume: Clinic Volume: 10-15 patients per day *Procedure Volume: 10-12 procedures per day

Patient Ages: Adult

Procedures: Bread and butter! Most Common Emergencies: ?????Food impaction and GI bleeding are the most common emergencies

Support Staff: Will not work solo

EMR/Charting: clinical works and Meditech

Requirements:

Boards: Board Certified

Certifications: BLS; DEA
