Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Gaming Sales Representative with knowledge in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of amusement and gaming products, including amusement and redemption games, video lottery games, and skill-based games, while tracking customer interactions and managing customer data in our CRM system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, preferably in the gaming industry, and a passion for utilizing technology to manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers in the gaming industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Manage existing customer accounts and build strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, including sales activities, lead generation, and customer support.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game and identify new opportunities for potential sales,
- Attend trades shows and events to promote the company’s products and services while building meaningful relationships with customers.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion,
- Strategically plan your locations visits while utilizing maps, tracking and referrals,
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers,
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales,
- Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic,
- Generate and submit sales reports to management as required,
- Participate in weekly team meetings and daily huddles as required.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the gaming industry is a plus
- Proven track record in technical sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in account management is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships, build rapport and establish trust with client
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of amusement and gaming products, including amusement and redemption games, video lottery games, and skill-based games is a plus
- Experience working with CRM systems and tracking customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
