Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Greet and assist guests with their needs and inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Monitor and manage guest flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Resolve any customer complaints or conflicts in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be 21 years of age or older due to the selling and serving of alcohol and gaming.
Basset certification required within 30 days of employment
