As GAMES SUPERVISOR (LEAD), you will be required operate carnival and/or arcade games, train and develop new team members, conduct inventory, stock games, maintain prize displays, merchandise training, handle guest issues, and maintain a clean and safe games unit area. Other duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with the day to day running of all site operations.
• Promote fair game principles and great guest service practices to team members, report team members to management that are not adhering to our guest service standards.
• Participating in new hire orientations and teaching what it takes to deliver a professional, fun, and informative orientation
• Participate in and conduct daily training in a professional, fun, and effective manner.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to team members when necessary.
• Keeping team members and other coaches motivated throughout the day, while promoting the concept of teamwork.
• Leading by example and maintaining sales goals when operating the games.
• Keeping games, storeroom, and supplies area neat and orderly.
• Ensure team member uniforms and appearance are in compliance with company guidelines.
• Promote the Company in a positive manner at all times when dealing with internal and/or external guests, vendors, co-workers and park staff.
• Report safety concerns to management immediately.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• While performing their duties at ‘The Park’, a Games Coach is regularly required to interact with the general public, co-workers, and guests of various ages.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Be able to work outside and will be exposed to extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, dampness and chilling.
• Required to lift up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 30lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
