Job Description: Salem Red Sox are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Game Day Box Office Sellers for the upcoming baseball season. As a Game Day Box Office Seller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless ticketing process for our valued patrons.
Responsibilities:
1. Ticket Sales: Sell tickets to patrons in a courteous and efficient manner using the ticketing system provided by the Salem Red Sox organization.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with ticket purchases and exchanges.
3. Promotions and Upselling: Inform patrons about ongoing promotions, special events, and package deals to enhance their overall experience and encourage upselling opportunities.
4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow Box Office staff, ushers, and other team members to coordinate ticketing operations and address any issues that may arise during game days.
