We are looking for a skilled Technician to perform upkeep tasks and game repairs. You will be responsible for applying fixes to equipment and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. The ideal candidate will have experience and technical knowledge.
Technician Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on games: Explains operation of games to Guests.
- Continued inventory of electronics, game parts, tools etc.
- Proper documentation of game issues, parts and work history.
- Must be able to work alone or with others
- Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of the games.
- Comfortable with AV systems including projectors and control systems.
- Must be able to use/read a volt/ohmmeter and a soldering gun.
- Must be able to read schematics.
- Stocks and maintains inventory of all prize games.
- Basic knowledge of computers systems and some general point of sale operations.
- Rudimentary knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and computer peripherals.
- Ensures all games are clean and presentable to guest.
- Assist with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and co-workers.
- Work as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
- Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
- Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
- Display excellent communication skills.
- Show eagerness to learn new skills.

- Proven experience for other similar position
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- High school diploma or equivalent
