Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of developers, designers, artists, and other professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages creativity, excellence, and mutual support.
  • Support the end-to-end game development process, from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective program management strategies, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the studio's strategic goals and vision.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives, staying abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Manage resource allocation, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in studio operations.
  • Uphold and enhance the quality standards of the studio's output, ensuring that all games meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Experienced in Implementing effective testing and QA processes to deliver polished and bug-free products.
  • Facilitate clear communication within the studio and with external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and executive leadership, to align studio activities with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the studio budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players and participate in relevant events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a gaming or technology production environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen related to budgeting and resource management.
  • Familiar with agile development framework principles
  • Passion for iGaming and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative products in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful game releases.
  • In-depth knowledge of the gaming market and industry trends.
