Game Master

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Game Master to join our team. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through immersive gameplay and exceptional customer service. Pay:

$20.00 a session including set up before and after game.

Hours:

-Mon-Thurs: 5pm- 9:30pm

-Friday: 5pm-10:45pm

- Sat: 11am- 10:45pm

-Sun: 11am-9:30pm

Scheduled as on call only.

Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Duties:
- Facilitate gameplay sessions and provide guidance to players
- Set up and reset game rooms before and after each session
- Monitor game progress and ensure fair play
- Engage with players to enhance their experience and provide hints when needed
- Maintain a safe and clean gaming environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems
- Assist with event management, including planning and execution
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on game equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in events management or related field is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with guests
- Excellent guest services skills to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading group activities
- Experience in service is beneficial
- Ability to engage with children of all ages in a fun and professional manner
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Background in theater or performing arts is a plus

- Ability to pass a background check
