Game Master

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Game Master at our Los Angeles location. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by running the escape room from start to finish and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Welcome and greet the players
- Explain game rules and provide instructions to players
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance when necessary
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the game
- Ensure the safety of all participants during the game
- Reset game rooms and props after each session in a timely manner
- Assist with event management and coordination as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of escape rooms and lobby area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience in theater, public speaking, or events management is preferred
- guest service experience is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to changing situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with memorizing information and punctuality
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience working with children is a plus

You MUST be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
